Delivery Policy

At Dr Nazelia Clinic, we’re always committed to helping you embrace your beauty from within. We understand how important our products are towards achieving that, so we prioritise safe and timely deliveries. 

Here’s what you need to know about our delivery process: 

 

Dispatch and Timely Delivery: 

  • We aim to dispatch your orders swiftly, typically within TWO (2) working days from the date of purchase.  
  • You should receive your Orders within 3 to 5 working days (within Peninsular Malaysia), or within 6 to 7 working days (East Malaysia). 
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates, and we appreciate your understanding in case of unforeseen delays, or problems beyond our control, including carrier or customs issues. 

 

Insurance and Responsibility: 

  • Your goods are insured up to RM200 until they reach the specified delivery address.  
  • Upon delivery and signing the receipt, you assume responsibility for the items.  
  • It’s essential to ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any complications. 

 

Failed Deliveries and Re-Delivery: 

If you happen to miss the delivery, there are two (2) options available: 

  1. You may self-collect at the specific courier centre as stated in the Attempted Delivery Note.

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, and all Goods sold are non-returnable or refundable. 
  • However, if you are not satisfied with the products in any way, please reach out to us. We’d love to hear your feedback.
